Online Services &
The NHS App
Patient online services allow you to directly book an appointment, order a repeat prescription, and view your medical records online using your computer, tablet or smartphone.
Accurx Triage is an online platform that you can use to seek health advice, request an appointment, and ask for administrative support from the surgery (e.g. request a fit note or repeat prescription).
If you would like an appointment you'll be asked a few questions about your condition, which will then be sent to the practice where a member of our team will decide on the best next step to help you.
You can complete an Accurx Triage request here.
Online services are available through a variety of providers, but we suggest using Patient Access. Through Patient Access you can:
- Order repeat prescriptions
- Access your medical records
- Self-refer to some NHS services
You can register through their website or free app. You can also ask at reception for a helping hand with getting set up. To take full advantage of all the features of this service, you need to bring photographic ID (e.g. a passport or driving license) into reception to verify your details.
The NHS App provides a simple and secure way for you to access a range of NHS services from your phone or tablet. For example, you can:
- Order repeat prescriptions and view digital prescriptions
- Get health advice using the health A-Z
- Register as an organ donor
- Use NHS 111 online for instant advice or medical help
There's a number of ways you can book an appointment, such as: phoning us, using our online portals, or visiting the practice in person.
