Enhanced Access

We offer enhanced access to GP services through our Primary Care Network (PCN). This includes appointments outside of our usual opening hours (e.g. late evening, early morning and Saturday appointments), and additional routine services such a blood tests and cervical screenings.

Enhanced Access appointments may be at our surgery or at another local surgery.

Who is this for? Enhanced access appointments are available to all of our patients!

What to expect Enhanced access appointments are just like our regular appointments. You’ll be notified where to attend your appointment if it isn’t at your usual surgery.

How can I book? You can book an appointment by calling the practice. If you need an appointment outside of our usual opening hours or are booking a routine appointment, you may be offered an enhanced access appointment.

Covered by NHS? Yes, this is a free service provided by PCNs and covered by the NHS.

PLTs

Occasionally, the practice will close for half a day to ensure all staff receive the appropriate training to perform their jobs well. When these sessions are planned, we will notify patients well in advance. Notice of the closure will be advertised in the practice and on Google Maps.

Enhanced Access

We now offer late evening, early morning and Saturday appointments through the Enhanced Access service run by your PCN. If you need an appointment outside of our usual opening hours, you may be offered an appointment at another surgery within your local PCN.
